This Data Privacy Policy outlines how LEAD Consulting (“LEAD”) handles and protects personal data provided by or collected about corporate clients and their employees, contractors, partners and other affiliated individuals (collectively referred to as “clients” herein).

Data We Collect From Clients

In order to provide data analytics, consulting and related services, LEAD may need to process personal data about a client’s organization including its leadership, employees, partners, customers and suppliers. This may include information such as:

  • Contact information like name, corporate title and designation, work address, work email/phone number
  • Employment details like department, location, tenure
  • Professional background like education, qualifications, past experience
  • Financial information like compensation details and banking information
  • Data relates to business performance, process & procedures, sales & customer information
  • Other operational data provided in relation to projects and consulting engagements

We endeavor to only collect the minimum necessary personal information required to fulfill our legitimate business obligations and contractual requirements with each client.

How LEAD Uses Client Data

The primary purposes for collecting and using client’s data are to:

  • Initiate and manage project consulting engagements

As an Asia Pacific focused company, LEAD may transfer and access data regionally across APAC. Personal data provided by corporate clients may be transmitted or accessed outside the country of collection for processing, storage or to provide visibility to regional data under consulting projects. We use legally recognized mechanisms like Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to enable cross-border data flows as permitted under data protection laws.

Data Retention and Rights of Data Subjects

We retain personal data only for as long as contractually required to serve our clients or meet legal statutory obligations. Clients and data subjects can request details on data retention periods and process information on any of the following privacy rights:

  • Right to rectify/correct data
  • Right to restrict processing
  • Right to erasure and data portability
